We can supply BOH( Back of House) & FOH( Front of House) staff to suit your recruitment. *Recruitment process 1 candidate on Boarding All candidates are required to attend a dedicated induction session with our onboarding specialist. 2. BOH trade testing Chefs are required to complete a cooking test in our on site kitchen and demonstrate their knife skills 3. FOH skills testing Candidates are required to demonstrate basic wine pouring, table cleaning, drink service before they can go to their first shift. We have facilities to be able to up-skills and train staff in silver service, mixology, barista service and basic till service.
